'Dear All, just got back from skiing in La Grave, 5 days off piste with the boys, fantastic. However, having summited Vinson on my return i had managed to tear the ligaments in my ankle by falling down stairs and wreck my back skiing off a cliff, so i think it's back to the mountains for my own personal safety, which is the reason i have booked with AC to do Cho Oyu in September this year as preparation for an Everest attempt in 2011....... watch this space guys.
